📦 Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Each product undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

 

 

🚚 Shipping Coverage

 

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

 

 

🕒 Delivery Timelines

 

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Remote / Non-metro Areas: May take an additional 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799

Flat ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹799

💳 Payment Modes

 

Prepaid Orders: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes

A COD convenience fee may apply (displayed at checkout)

 

 

📍 Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking link via SMS and/or email

 

Real-Time Updates

 

🚫 Failed or Undelivered Orders

 

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Incorrect contact details

Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

Refusal to accept the order

The shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:

Reshipping may incur an additional fee

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of shipping charges.

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

 

For damaged, leaked, or incorrect products, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.  Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.
