You received a damaged or leaked product

You received an incorrect product

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

Clear images/videos of the product and outer packaging

A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

🔄 Resolution Options

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

Free replacement of the product

OR Refund to the original payment method

Replacement or refund will be processed only after verification.

 

💰 Refund Timeline

 

Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 5–7 business days

The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

 

🚚 Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side

COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
