Step 1: Start From The Second Trimester
Begin using the oil from the 2nd trimester onwards, when the skin starts stretching more rapidly.
Step 2: Apply On Clean, Slightly Damp Skin
Use after a shower for better absorption.
Step 3: Take A Few Drops
Pour 4–6 drops of oil into your palm and warm it by rubbing your hands together.
Step 4: Massage Gently
Using light, circular strokes, massage over stretch-prone areas:
belly, hips, thighs, breasts, and lower back
Avoid pressure on the abdomen—keep movements soft and slow.
Step 5: Let It Absorb Naturally
Allow the oil to soak in for a few minutes before dressing.
Step 6: Use Twice Daily
Apply morning and night for best results throughout pregnancy.
